My services

I offer a mobile counselling service to create a comfortable and non-clinical environment for clients. This involves visiting you in the comfort and privacy of your own home, or an alternate setting such as a park, to create a calming and supportive atmosphere. To ensure accessibility and convenience for all clients, online or phone sessions are also available.

I am a passionate and dedicated counsellor with a strengths-based approach to support and guide individuals through life’s challenges, I am committed to providing a compassionate, client-centred service that fosters resilience and emotional well-being. My core belief is that the essence of effective therapy lies in the willingness for change, facilitated by the therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor. Mutual respect and trust are built, creating a nurturing and healing environment.

For those familiar with the therapy modalities, I incorporate the use  of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness techniques.

It is a privilege to listen to people's stories. We all have a story and sometimes sharing these experiences with a neutral person can have transformative and positive outcomes.
